Types of work undertaken

New build houses. We work on new build houses completing external frames, internal sanitary areas and part L.

PJ sealants also carry out internal sanitary areas.

PJ Sealants are very experienced in the removal of old sealant in failed factory floor joints and re-sealing to the highest standards.

PJ Sealants have been working with precast panel manufacturers across the whole of the UK and Ireland for over 25 years and pride ourselves on providing a professional service with the highest quality of workmanship.

We work sealing external and internal floor slabs including working on sewage treatment sites. Sealing expansion and contraction joints using two-part polysulphide Sealants and one part polyurethane sealants.

At PJ Sealants we can achieve a standard of finish on glass to glass jointing that we're proud to put our name to.

We seal internal and external of grey precast lift and stair cores. All applicators are highly experienced in the use of MEWPs.

Grey precast dock walls, retaining wall, car parks and blast walls, all undertaken by our experienced applicators using quality products.

Kingsway Business Park

Keeping things ticking for Concast with 49 dock levelers and some retaining walls completed today on this 75,000 sq ft distribution facility at Kingsway Business Park in Rochdale.

Twycross Zoo

Our operatives have just competed sealing glass to glass joints on a tunnel allowing you to get close to the tigers on Tycross Zoo's new tiger enclosure for Icon Fencing this was just the first stage of the Zoo's 55 million pound redevelopment plan.

Kingerlee

Happy to have worked on one of kingerlees projects that has been shortlised for RIBA house of the year.

Amazon Distribution

Working with Concast Precast and along side RLH on one of Amazons new 100 dock leveller distribution warehouses at Logic Leeds Precast.

Crossrail

One of the many Crossrail projects we're proud to be part of is at Farringdon station. Working for Evans Concete, using Arbomeric MP20 sealing over 100 diamond-shaped concrete segments. The segments pieced together to create a lattice roof which was inspired by the historic Hatton Garden jewellery quarter opposite the station.

Southampton Leisure Club

Southampton's £70 million leisure and dining hub completed early 2017. Installing a double seal system to Sterling Services precast facade panels using CM SFS Limstone and a single seal system to the entrance steps leading to new 10 screen cinema using Sika Pro3

Lambeth Town Hall

This Morgan Sindall project is a £70 million scheme to transform Lambeth’s Town Hall and civic building. Our work was on the new energy efficient civic building. The new six-storey building will provide 11,000 sq ft of council office space. We have applied a double seal to Sterling Services bespoke brick faced precast panels using Sika Everbuild Limestone White 825 with a 10mm recess.

Anti Pick Sealant

When anti pick sealant is required and comes in a limited range of colours, our aggregate finish can be used to closely match the facade.

Stockport Homes

This project we completed in 2017 is a new £9.6m office building for Stockport Homes. Bespoke high quality Precast concrete panels from Amber Precast. On this project we worked for Eric Wright Construction, and provided a double seal system using Everbuild 825, and applied our aggregate finsh to give a finish to the sealant that closely matches the facade.

Jewellery Quater

Working with Beaumont Morgan on this accommodation project of one, two and three bedroom apartments in Birmingham's vibrant Jewellery Quarter. Providing external seals to brickwork wall joints and cladding to brickwork junctions. Also internal sealant to bathrooms, kitchens, internal windows and wooden floors to skirting junctions.
