Central Manchester, Portland street external precast panel sealant works for FP McCann sealing their precast cladding on a new 14 storey, 191 room Hotel under construction at 55 Portland Street Manchester. Hotel Brooklyn is opening early 2020.
On this project we are applying a Sika Everbuild fire sealant 400 back seal and a beige silicone 825 seal for the front seal. Finished with our special mix aggregate finish.
This aggregate was specifically mixed for this project combining a range colours to pick out the colours in the etched concrete panel.
